Navigate Counseling is committed to helping you overcome obstacles and challenges by providing a safe space to be heard, understood and respected. I have been practicing Counseling since 2009 after receiving a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from UNC Charlotte. My previous work focused specifically on middle and high school students and their families. My approach to Counseling is to establish trust, safety and acceptance in the relationship as we work to explore thoughts and feelings, building on your own strengths to overcome and thrive.
